With the help of Perfect Lawns we've completed a makeover of our back yard that includes new patio with imbedded fountain and stream, landscape lighting, jacuzzi spa, irrigated lawn and fencing. It was a major project for a yard that was last improved in 1982! To complicate matters the yard is, in spots, severely sloped and wooded, and is elevated 15' or more from street level, and its soil only barely covered solid West Austin bedrock! Even the homes electrical supply posed an obstacle as it required updating to meet our new load requirements. The project was challenging - to say the least! At the start Brent Wiltshire and Cody, the designer, worked with me to refine our vision into something workable, and affordable. And then they rolled up their sleeves and went to work! In the end, and despite the obstacles, the PerfectView team created a beautiful, relaxing retreat that my wife and I will enjoy forever!
